Angkor Lady Drivers — Siem Reap, Cambodia

Your day in Siem Reap, in her hands.

We're Siem Reap's women-driven transport team — airport pickups, temple days, floating villages, and every ride in between. Cars and tuk-tuks, fixed prices, and a driver who looks out for you like family.

here’s how a day with us goes…

07:40 · Arrivals hall

She’ll spot you before the taxi touts do.

Your driver waits at the arrivals door with your name — the price fixed when you book, not when you land. Cool car, cold water, and the first friendly face of your trip.

09:00 · Angkor

The temples at your pace, not a tour group’s.

No flags to follow. She knows which gates are quiet, when to stop for iced coffee, and how long you’ll really want at Angkor Wat — then she’s waiting in the shade when you’re done.

12:30 · Lunch

Eat where she eats.

Skip the laminated tourist menus. Tell her what you feel like — or don’t, and let her order. The fish amok she picks will be the one you write home about.

15:00 · Kampong Khleang

Her home village, not a show.

Isa grew up here, where stilt houses stand ten metres above the Tonle Sap. Visit with someone the neighbours wave at — you’re not watching from a boat, you’re a guest of the family.

17:40 · Sunset

End the day above the treetops.

She’ll have you on the hill while the light is still gold — then home through the warm evening air, tuk-tuk sides open to the sound of the night starting up.

The women at the wheel

Real drivers, real names — you’ll know hers before she arrives.

Angkor Lady Drivers was founded by Isa Chea, who grew up in Kampong Khleang floating village and built a team of local women driving cars and tuk-tuks across Siem Reap. When you book, you’ll get your driver’s name and photo — so the face waiting at arrivals is already a familiar one.

Every fare pays a woman’s wage.

Driving travellers has long been men’s work in Cambodia. Choosing a woman driver puts your travel money directly into her hands — her fuel, her family, her kids’ school fees — and tells every girl in Siem Reap that the wheel is hers too.

How it works

Three steps, no forms.

  1. Say hello on WhatsApp

Tell us your dates, your flight number, or just what you’re curious about.

  2. Plan it together

An airport pickup, a temple day, or the whole week — you’ll get one fixed price, agreed before you ride.

  3. She’s there

Arrivals door or hotel lobby, on time, with a cold bottle of water.
